Problem with matching array

Been trying to fix this issue for some time without any progress... Any feedback is more than welcome.

We are using simple auth based on users caller id and YoB - if he has unique YoB, he can access the service, if there's another user under that caller id with the same YoB: he gets a message that additional info is required.

The goal of a function is to return a record of a matching user - at the moment, it returns always the last record.

You've forgotten to close the [font=monospace]foreach($iterateArr as $result)[/font] loop. So you check whether [font=monospace]$duplicates[/font] is >1 or <1 every time you , or =1 every time you check another record; it will never be >1 because as soon as it =1, you'll return with [font=monospace]$parseResult[/font].

Also, when you find a matching record, you don't store it anywhere to return later - you just go on to the next record.
