php Call to undefined function ftp_connect()

I have been using a script for a daily data feed import for 2 months and yesterday I am getting this error:

I haven't changed anything and have no idea what this error means.

I did some research on-line and for the most part people are saying I will need to have my web host reboot the server?? Is this correct?

I did phpinfo(); and there is nothing about FTP enabled or disabled. you can see it here: www.hiller.on.ca/NewSite/assets/info.php

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

From the manual ([man]ftp.installation[/man]:

Installation

In order to use FTP functions with your PHP configuration, you should add the --enable-ftp option when installing PHP.

The Windows version of PHP has built-in support for this extension. You do not need to load any additional extensions in order to use these functions.

If you don't have an [man]ftp_connect[/man] function, then PHP was not configured with it. Check with your hosting provider.
