Watch folder Script

I'd like to automatically upload images that I modify in Photoshop. Someone mentioned a watch folder. I'm using WAMP ... is there a script available that can do this? Thanks!

Do you have php.exe available on the machine running Photoshop? You could script it and run it from "Scheduled Tasks"....

You could also just run the program manually (e.g. replacing your shortcut to Photoshop with one that launches your PHP script and then opens Photoshop) after writing a script that utlizes an endless loop to scan a directory, determine if any changes were made, upload those changes, sleep for a small amount of time, lather/rinse/repeat.
