parent page to not show

I am using WP PHPmyadmin. Is there an easy way to get a prent on the navigation bar to show but to not link to anything? There is a dropdown menu underneath it .

WordPress and phpMyAdmin are two entirely different things. Also, this might get a better response from a WordPress forum.

phpMyAdmin is a tool to manage MySQL databases. What you want to do sounds more like you'll need to modify the templates PHP code.
