We are a new start up and are looking for a solid PHP coder who is passionate about what he does and who wants to be part of something that will have a real impact on the internet. Our team currently consists of a marketer and web designer. All we need is the right coder to complete the team.
FYI: Compensation will be paid in equity. We will split it evenly among the team of 3 (possibly 4 if necessary).
This opportunity is not for everybody, but rest assured it is a solid opportunity. We have shared the idea with a few people already and everyone absolutely loves the idea.
We will be an open book and will disclose everything about this start up should you decide to learn more. Please bear in mind that this opportunity is only for US coders. I apologize if this excludes you, but we have it setup this way for legal reasons.

Project Description:

The designs have been completed in PSD already. They need to be converted to HTML
Required Skills:
Min of 3 years PHP development.
MySQL
Jquery
Javascript.
Must write clean code

PSD to HTML
Good organizational and analytical skills.
