code for displaying number of accounts created in phpmyadmin

If you look here http://harborcityentertainment.com/sourcevibe.com/admin-manager.php you can see that i want the number of rows in my database listed so on my page it will say "Total Accounts created: 543" 543 of coarse being whatever the number of rows are. I have no idea what code i need to use for this! Please Help!
