Ok I am about to help someone set up an online system where they can set up a class they teach and then enter the students details like name email date they wish to attend etc etc..
Then they must be able to delete the class if it has been and gone or add to a archieve of such.
They have a business that teachers in 6 locations {towns} in the North Island and they teach 13 various classes.
My question is, what is the best method of setting this up?
I am sure it must be done with a database but I am not that clever when it comes to setting that up but I can be helped with that I am sure.

If there is a professional program out there that can do what I am after, please point me to the right direction.
