umm how about post the php code of you connecting to the database? Chances are you get an error but for some reason it is not displaying, better check the error_log to see what exactly is this error.
Right - some web hosts are configured to show a blank page when your script encounters an error. Check your error logs.
For help for need use LiteManager - remote administration better. May be help some else.
