HTML templates?

I recently look some websites to find a template for my blog. But I cannot found what I am looking for. Designs are so colorful and fancy their. I am looking for clean white background template. Google is an example. Google have white background and itx clean. And some others like yahoo, google+, facebook are also nice and clean.

I tried last week each n every second to find that kind of template :-( ;-(
Can anyone give me some links to find a template I am looking for. ??? Thankx in advance.

joking aside, yeah, css isn't hard. But you need to think about layout, too, not just colors - do you want a single column? two? sidebar? If you find a template with a layout that you like, rewriting the stylesheets to have a simple, clean appearance would be a good way to start learning.

I know CSS, html, Javascript & php and so on. The problem is not how to create a template. Real problem is how to choose a color scheme for my website. where to put divs. which color will be nice to apply for divs. thats the prob.

I doesnt matter if itz a image from the template unless I see how where layouts and colors a given.
