Hey i need little form script where can put database username/password/database name and after submit create new database for that data and then create tables. I try to do it, but dont work. Is someone idea how do it?

Firstly I wouldn't want to let users create databases but if you really need to you could use phpMyAdmin.
Hey! Its not user. Its for me. I create install file to script. First is form and can write there folder name and then unzip files to new folder and then is form where put database detail and create new database and tables. And then create new subdomain for that folder. But i have no idea how create new subdomain. I think i get help with create database... but now i need subdomain form and create subdomain in website.
