A little help with htaccess... is this possible?

OK, so,

I don't know if this is possible,

I have:
http://grandmotherskitchen.org/blog/farmers-market-grilled-cheese.html

and I want it to redirect to

http://grandmotherskitchen.org/recipes/farmers-market-grilled-cheese.html

exactly the same, except "recipes" instead of "blog"

I have many blog entries in the blog directory that I want to be redirected to my recipes directory of equal page filename.

is it possible to tell htaccess to redirect all /blog/somepagename.html to /recipes/somepagename.html (for whatever the page name happens to be?)

Assuming your using Apache, and have access to mod_rewrite, the following should work:

RewriteEngine ON
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^blog/(.+)$ recipes/$1 [L,QSA]
