script to export all documents uploaded online website stored in Mysql database.

I need some help with a script(php, sql, etc) to run on MySQL database, to export all the documents which users uploaded on to the online web application. The documents are in different file type (eg. pdf, mword, ms-powerpoint, ms-excel, etc). The data is stored on one table.

Seems to me that storing such documents in a mysql database is probably not a good idea. I'm guessing that someone else did this and you are interested in getting all the data out. If that is the case, you would need to start describing the database structures and source code that you have and asking more specific questions.
