Code errors

Goodmornig everyone, i really need a helping hand.Since yesterday i'm facing many problems in my forum. It all started suddently with this
headers warning :

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\tgaff\index.php:25) in C:\xampp\htdocs\tgaff\members.php on line 62

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\tgaff\index.php:25) in C:\xampp\htdocs\tgaff\members.php on line 63

I solved it by using this code at the top of my page:

ob_start()

But as I solved this issues another one appeared

As you can see in this image i'm having problem with the discussions that are not lined up anymore. I checked all the code not finding any errors. Anyone can help me?

It is possible having all this problems all suddently? Nobody touched the forum code so how it's possible?

(No, I'm not Italian ... I can read a little but am not fluent at all).

You should be able to use a debugger to view CSS information about elements on your web page. Try using Chrome and right-clicking on the problem area. Or, even better, install the "Firebug" extension on FireFox and right-click. The "inspect element" option will show you HTML and CSS information ... you can even modify them right on the loaded page (this will tell you what to adjust in the real code).
