LOAD DATA query Errcode 2

Hello, ive tried searching the forum for an answer to my question and this one seemed most relevant. This is the command I am trying to use:-

LOAD DATA LOW_PRIORITY LOCAL INFILE 'C:/Callum/inventory.csv'
REPLACE INTO TABLE CubeCart_inventory
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' OPTIONALLY ENCLOSED BY '"' ESCAPED BY '\'
LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n' STARTING BY ''

But i get this error when i try and execute it #2 - File 'C:/Callum/inventory.csv' not found (Errcode: 2) ive never done anything like this before and am trying to avoid having to enter 1000's of product manually so im sorry if this has been answered above?

@: Are you sure the file "C:/Callum/inventory.csv" exists on the server in which PHP is being executed? Just before executing that query, try adding debug code like:

printf("File readable: %d<br>\n", is_readable('C:/Callum/inventory.csv'));

and let us know what the output is.
