How do I email posted photos upon form submittal?

I'm creating a form and the user will have the option of attaching photos to this form. The form won't be stored in a database, the contents will be emailed to me. What is the best way for the contents of the form, including the photos, to be sent to my email? I was thinking of storing each image attached on the server and then referencing the stored image location in the email that's sent to me. Is there a way to get the contents of the form emailed including the photos attached to the form without storing files on the server?

Yes, files can be attached to emails. See, for example, PEAR Mail or PHPMailer.

Using PHPMailer the file can be attached with out using server.The photos can be easily add to the email.
