How to hide email and password fields

You can see by my picture below that the email and password shows up in the login on the top and in the sign up on the bottom. How can I fix this so it's not showing up on the sign up below since they don't need to sign up again.

The obvious solution would be to simply not display the registration form at all if the user is already logged in. If this is a registration page (its only purpose is to register new accounts), you might add a notice along the lines of "You're already logged in as {name}. If this is not you, please [click here to log out] and you can create a new account."

We'd need further information from you to suggest an actual solution. You'd need to be more specific about what you want to happen; in addition, you haven't shown us any code.

I do have it so when the user log's in the index becomes the account page... similar to what facebook does. Once you are logged in and you go to facebook.com you are in your account. I've had a way before but has since lost it. I don't want the email and password to show up in the sign up form as seen in my attached image. If the user is going to "remember username and password" within firefox i want that to only be possible in the login... not register

Are you talking about this sort of thing?

If so, that's a feature of the browser, not your website. The user can change such preferences - but you have no control over it. This is as it should be.
