PHP Gallery

I have a client who would like to be able to upload, change images and add new galleries to his website.
I've already implemented one gallery but I would like to have my client be able to add a gallery(or directory with images) and images.

Any suggestions?
I've got SQL server installed and use this for login of my clients' students.
I'm also aware of the many different external programs that can be used. But I’m looking at little to no maintenance and easy implementation.
