CSS Help / Dealing with a template

I am helping out a friend here,

He has a WordPress installation w/ WooCommerce.

His wordpress template doesn't playwell with woo, you can see it here: http://auto-spa.ca/product-category/gifts/100gc/

I know this is a long-shot, since I don't really have any code to post, etc.

Ideally, id like to use CSS rather than modifying the structure of the woo plugin or anything just to make sure it's safe to update.

Just looking for some advise on what I can do; the problem is if you visit the site's homepage, http://auto-spa.ca you will see that the footer only shows up once you've scrolled to the end of the main content area, where on the woo page, it is sitting there, and really looks terrible with the limited space, especially at lower resolutions.

Looking for any advise I can get..

Well, I hope this is a GOOD friend.

First question ... why do you have 150px wide gift certificates tagged "width='84'" ... that'd be on the first link you posted.

I think the site's homepage looks OK. And I agree, a fixed header AND footer wouldn't leave much room for content on small screens.

The 150px wide certificates are tagged 84 because there is CSS within woo that hyjacks it's own internal settings for maximum image size.

I can easily update that to match, what I ended up doing to TRY to make it look better is install a wordpress plugin that injects css at the very end, and ended up setting the footer height so small it's basically just a bar at the bottom.

realistically, I am looking for some quick css I can inject to make it look better; work better.

I am recommending he replace the exisitng image for the gift certificate, or at least show the entire thing and I will modify the css accordingly.

Any thoughts would be grand...
