which social meta tag standard to use?

Hi,

I would like to ask which meta tag standard to use for my web project? is it better to have both open graph and dublin core? or open graph is enough?

what's your advise?

Dublin Core has been around longer, is more widely known and is an industrial standard. Open Graph is oriented more towards social media. Dublin Core is more towards information management.
So it depends on what you need for your web project.

I am asking this because I have a problem when publishing the link to social networking.

Here is an example:

I have notices when I post this link for example on Linkedin:

http://www.xoompage.com/viewjob?id=fa78e2f2-7863-11e3-98df-008cfa002ff0

it will have the proper title, description but not the image

and when I post on facebook then nothing will be proper!
