Submit forum info once, HELP!

Hi,

I'm having a nightmare trying to get my submit to only let the person send their info once.

My page is showing in south America so their internet is slow making the spam the submit button, filling our emails with duplicate leads.

I have tried everything I have found on this forum but nothing has worked. I'm very new at this hope you can help.

What I have for submitting on the main site is the following:

I would suggest using a token, storing it in the session and a hidden field, and checking that token on submit, immediately regenerating or unsetting it.

Something like the above is your fail-safe on the server side, but you could also do some browser-side stuff, such as an onclick event on the submit button that disables that button then does the submit, and/or hides it with a "processing request" modal window, and so forth. It would stop most users, while your server-side stuff would stop either the person browsing without JavaScript or the malicious person deliberately trying to mess with your site.
