Does anyone know of any frameworks to get me started building a shopping cart to sell customized services and has a customer portal that allows customers to change parameters in regards to their service like:
address
how to greet a customer on the phone
which number to call if the customer requests to talk to the owner
In short the customer has custom questions that the custom can input data and its all stored in the MySQL database.
