outbound links webpage and all pages within it and all links within that

I am looking fro a php code that will look within a page for all outbound links but then also look inside those links for outbound links and all thelinks within those as well.... basically level 1, to level2 to level 3 etc. so that it can check everything.... can this be done?

It seems that the ones I have tried do not search the code but only the documents text. i need to search the code of all documents say at

http://www.negroartist.com/writings/writings.htm

and within those links all the links... the spider just searches at one level
