to be honest, at a certain point after all those years, i got sort of freaked out by using my real last name - and that's why i switched to vaskerville. i know, stupid. i had a serious number of posts with one of those accounts - i was pretty slow at picking up the basics.
i had a small design shop for a time and we were trying to invent projects. somehow i roped in piersk and we had concocted something that was basically like Stackoverflow. we never built it though...just ideas...everybody too busy to actually do the work haha. and then Stackoverflow arrived not long after that. it was called Queriously...we made a dumb logo for it...and i still own the domain. i think somebody made a database app called Querious a few years ago. it was a great name, i think.
