memory size error

hello guys can anybody help me out here please? what could be the causes of this error message and how can I fix it:

Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 133955585 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\develop_for_jobs\index.php on line 106

here is the code in line 106: $pagination .='<a href="'.$here.'?pn='.$i.'">'.$i.'</a>  ';

The cause is that you exhausted the allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes. The fix would be to either modify your code to not require so much memory or to increase the allowed memory size (memory_limit).

And, just a guess, but is that $i variable in a loop, and did you write some attainable condition to get OUT of said loop?

Of course, better coding might enable you to avoid trying to use 128 megabytes in the first place.

What's confusing, (you don't show code), but the error comes from a variable called $pagination. Just exactly how many PAGES do you have? 128 MB should hold enough numbers to assign a page number to almost every page of data on the planet...
