Hi,
I have a website which is php driven. I have several domains which are registered to cover certain areas for exactly the same thing but match different products/areas within their names. I can change all content by one simple ?site=blahblah. However I have found that search engines show this and it didnt work well. I have used .htaccess for cutting down the links for one site but can i do this for say 10 sites from one web server? So if I have everything on server www.mysite.com and the .htaccess points to /site/index.php?site=site1 for everything relating to site1 but www.mysite2.com the .htaccess points to /site/index/php?site=site2, etc, etc without showing the links?
This is all mainly for seo purposes.
So all the sites point to the same dns servers and everything is good but can i hide the ?site=? Otherwise i have to create and duplicate the site many times over for every domain. Its not a major problem, but the reason i wrote the site this way was so i could change 1 file and the whole site would change.
Any help appreciated.
Regards
Jules
