search button in drupal

Dear All,

I have the default search button on my internal website. We have an external company that is hosting our external website

I want my users when they visit my internal website and enter a value in the search button to be redirected to the search page of my external website

so if the enter a value " nations" and click the lookup glass the action should be to go the this URL [url]http://.artefactual.com/search?query=nations[/url] .

If they were to enter "America" the action when they click the button should be http://artefactual.com/search?query=America

The first part of the URL is always the same.

How can this be achieved.

PHP, HTML, create a new form. Javascript. I am not a programmer at all and would like the easiest way out
