Please help with getting phpmyadmin working.

This is the error I get - Error during session start; please check your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly. Also ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser.

I have done several searches on the error but non of them seem to help.

I am using Apache and PHP 5 as my server on windows XP.

I sniffed around a bit and saw some recommendations that you delete all your cookies for the site where you are hosting phpmyadmin then try again.
