RSS Widget Date Help

I'm using the RSS Advanced Widget on a Wordpress theme to pull RSS info and post it on our website. It's working great, but I would like the time stamp, not just the date.

Currently it grabs RSS Title April 2, 2015. I would like it to do RSS Title Time April 2, 2015. Ie: RSS Title 18:46:32 April 2, 2015.

I know very little PHP, and I believe its an easy fix. I see what I believe is the variable defined as

$rss_date = $instance['rss_date'];

.

I don't do anything with wordpress, but as far as I can make out that widget wraps Wordpress's own wp_widget_rss_output(), which gets its date format from [font=monospace]get_option('date_format')[/font], which is set as one of your "General Options".
