Submit button redirect based on select option

please someone help my homework
The user would see a series of select option like this :

1. Suhu
2. Trapesium
3. Biodata
4. Exit
   Pilih ( this is select option )

Submit

if the user chose the option 1, and press the submit button, would send them to the suhu.php file
and others too

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Off the top of my head I would use jQuery to prevent submission of the form, and then redirect based on the value of the selected option.
