I have gotten used to the there/their/they're and your/you're misspellings. The one that irritates me is the gross misuse of "got" when the person really means "have". "I got a problem..." No, you have a problem. Got is the past tense of "to get", so unless you were handed a problem, you merely have one. "I got to be honest with you", "I got no idea", "I got to get going", etc.
That and "could/should of". Basically anytime "have" should be the word used.
As for your wrist pain, not sure how your arms are situated, but I like my desk to be very deep so I can push my monitors way back and therefore push my keyboard way back. I have at least up to my elbows on the desk if not more. I found it to be way more comfortable. That and my keyboard has its feet retracted so my hands are more flat. Lastly, it's reported that the Dvorak keyboard reduces repetitive strain injuries because the amount of movement by the fingers is drastically reduced. While I never really had any wrist pain in the past on QWERTY, I would get it while trying to complete typing contests on www.typeracer.com. Since switching however I haven't had any pain, and I frequent Type Racer much more than in the past.
