[HELP] MYSQL Table Value

Hello all, in MYSQL table i have 4 tables(id, name, points, vip)
In my web im showing id, name and points.

How can i make for in site name appears the name & VIP.

Example:
If the player King is VIP in sql the vip value is 1.
How can i add VIP in front of her name in web?

You have 4 tables, or you have 4 columns in one table?

Yes. Basically, this is more a matter of logic ("if player is VIP, show VIP status") than SQL. All you have to do is to also select the column containing the VIP status so that you can use it in the logic.
