Which Stack Help

Hi all,

I require some guru advise from the gurus.

I am just about to start building a website for vehicle tracking and will eventually have numerous people using the site and logging in at anyone time. I will have all the obvious, maps, markers and a database for each user.

I was all set on using LAMP to do this project, but doing further reading, people say LAMP is soon to be outdated use MEAN. I obviously want to build the website as future proof as possible.

What are your views on this, as most people on here would understand what is required.

Eh...where I work, Mongo is dead and replaced by Solr, so who knows? You could use PHP 7 with Laravel on Linux with NGINX instead of Apache and PostgreSQL instead of MySQL; or you you could build a Ruby/Rails stack using MariaDB; or you could use Python/Django with Oracle DB . . . etc., etc. Whatever floats your boat.
