Google bug?

So I have this thing called Tor, I was using it to test IP'S for that long JSON thread, anyway I thought I wonder what would happen if I clicked an ad while in Tor, it seems to have registered the click and impressions in adsense, in theory you could do that forever I guess, is this some sort of oversight by google? Aslo is there a way to report it?

Probably can't really prevent it, as all they (google and the target web site) can actually know is the HTTP request that is received. Any script/language that can send HTTP requests and can parse the DOM (or just have hard-coded instructions on what to "click") could be rigged to generate impressions. I suspect Google has some algorithms and heuristics to try to detect such bots.

Oh, they do; I don't know what they are, but if your requests trip them you get sent a CAPTCHA challenge.

Impressions based macro seems to work, although I think if it were set to a fast enough speed they might pick it up, in theory you could set up a macro to trigger new circuit for current page with tor and let it run if it was randomly generated between 1 and 15 seconds, although i suspect it would cost more to keep the computer/laptop on than it would be to try and trick the system
