Scheduler app

I just got hired in a computer service center and I'm assisting our Training Manager. Basically my task is focused on planning and scheduling the training and seminars of our staff (mostly customer service assistants and technicians). The company does not have any software for this. So I'm thinking about using a schedule maker if possible. Which app is suitable or feel free to share any relevant idea, please. Thanks.

Thank you for that serenitypantone (that's a long username!) I used the keywords that you gave to find info online about regarding employee training software. At first, though, I was thinking of just using dear ol excel. The hard part is we have another 20 - 25 training programs running at the same time with participants from 1 to 5 for the smaller classes and 20 - 30 for the larger classes. It can really make on dizzy getting confirmations from participants, facilitators and logistics. Anyway, this IS what I am using now and will continue to do so until I find someone better. Any other suggestions, anyone? Thank you!

Thanks cluelessPHP! those calendar apps will be good since I have a tablet to use. I've never seen those before! I just rely on the calendar provided by google since our email are google-based. I will definitely add those fancy calendars on my list of "to consider" Really, thanks!
