Thank you for that serenitypantone (that's a long username!) I used the keywords that you gave to find info online about regarding employee training software. At first, though, I was thinking of just using dear ol excel. The hard part is we have another 20 - 25 training programs running at the same time with participants from 1 to 5 for the smaller classes and 20 - 30 for the larger classes. It can really make on dizzy getting confirmations from participants, facilitators and logistics. Anyway, this IS what I am using now and will continue to do so until I find someone better. Any other suggestions, anyone? Thank you!
