Well...my limited understanding would be that SHF file would be the PGP encryption of anything you want to encrypt. So your "web site" could be zipped into one file, PGP-encrypted into a .shf file, then anyone with the necessary decryption parameters/certs/whatever could decrypt it back to the zip file, then unzip and use it. Not sure though if that's what you're after?
