[RESOLVED] putting a downloadable Excel workbook on a website

I want the customer to be able to download an Excel workbook from the website and store it on his own computer to use at leisure.

I don't want the customer to just be able to open the workbook while it is at the website, I want him to be able to download the entire workbbok.

I am not sure how to arrange this. Can anyone help please ?

See Example #1 on http://php.net/manual/en/function.header.php for the essentials. You'd obviously want to change the Content-Type header to whatever is appropriate for Excel workbooks.
