As of this date, I can't scroll with my scroll-wheel on this site using a late version of Chrome.

Console shows this message:

A Parser-blocking, cross site (i.e. different eTLD+1) script, https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/r20170508/r20110914/activeview/osd_listener.js, is invoked via document.write. This MAY be blocked by the browser in this or a future page load due to poor network connectivity. If blocked in this page load, it will be confirmed in a subsequent console message.See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5718547946799104 for more details.

The message was repeated several times per page-load.

I can use my scroll-wheel Just Fine(tm) on tabs open to sites besides PHP Builder. I haven't tried other Quinstreet vBulletin properties, though.

15 times for the last page load, to be exact. Fairly certain it's related to the scrolling issue.

I dunno, I have a bunch of them too, and sometimes the scroll is working sometimes it's not. I have experienced the scroll issue, but I don't think it's related to those messages (as I have the messages right now and right now scrolling is working). At least clicking on the scrollbar still always works, but yeah it wasn't letting me scroll with keyboard yesterday either!

This page is scrolling now ... this morning when I posted this, each page had an ad for "Klik" or somesuch?

        Probably just that ad?

EDIT: I dunno now. Scroll's working, and "Qlik" is still in the leaderboard space at the top of the page, so ... 😕

Yeah I was thinking it was a specific ad, but I didn't pay attention to what ad(s) were up when it wasn't working. I just got frustrated that I couldn't scroll. haha.
