From the US, I can load the webpage, and if I ask for DNS information I get an "A record" of 193.34.68.118 from four different locations in 3 time zones: the LA area, Dallas, TX, Springfield, MO, and Raleigh, NC.
If you have problems only on your desktop, I'd first check the HOSTS file for any entries, then figure out what servers your DNS system is querying when it asks for f-s-j.de ... if, for example, you're querying your own router, you might look there for anything that would cause problems (upstream DNS pointing to a local development environment, strange firewall rules, etc).
