What are you planning to do with these values? That has an impact on the what the most appropriate type would be (as it stands, enums would work, as the values given form a finite ordered set, but those wouldn't be any good if calculations were involved). Note that decimal calculations would be exact (to within the specified precision) while floats wouldn't.
Whichever numeric type you pick (I'm even looking at integers; the first set of values is (36+n)/5 for n=0..11 and the second is n/4 for n=0..40), you would probably want to specify a check constraint so that only acceptable values could be stored.
