Hard to tell without seeing all the "fine print", so to speak. Are they talking about on-line courses like you could get from Udemy or such (for probably similar costs), or actual classroom training, or something else? For comparison, some of the highly regarded coding "boot camps" in the NYC area might offer 3- or 6-month training (essentially like going to college for a semester) for thousands of dollars, but with delayed payment plans that start when you get your first job. Therefore £325 almost sounds low to me if it's actually useful. If they're requiring money up front with no money-back guarantee if they don't get you a job, I'd be a bit leery -- unless the training looks like it's worth that much money anyway?
