Edit WooCommerce plugin

Hello Everyone!
I want to add custom functionality like adding custom roles to this user role & permission plugin.
Right now, this plugin only allows me to add pre-defined company roles, and i want to add more roles at executive levels. I 've already talked to their support and said that "custom role functionality" is their pipeline, and it would take months and I can't wait that much.
So, any leads or help on how I can implement changes or edit this plugin?
