I working in the software engineering department at my work. We recently have taken over the task of building a bunch of PHP forms and have been getting swamped building them from scratch. The functions being requested are. Email, Save to Database, Export to CSV, Ability To View All Data Online, Ability to Update Information, Ability For Client to Update Information. We would like to bring in an entry level employee to handle all of these request and help us. Does anybody know of a simple builder than can handle the requested work flow? We need to work on larger projects that are much more important. Thank you in advance
