Sending a fax

I need to gather some information from a database, put it in a presentable form and fax it out. Is it possible to do that within PHP? If so, how?

If you can layout the information in a format to send out by email then a service offered by TPC.int (www.tpc.int) might be the solution. It lets you send an email via there service which will then be forwarded to a fax machine.

The service is free but it does put their logo on a header page of the fax. You are alos limited to how many faxes you can send from one email address but there are ways around that.
