Where may I put a Database?

where I may get some
space for my website
(for free), and where I also
may use PHP with MySQL!
(I need 4Free because of private use)

I really need some space to put
a Dynamic website up.

The only provider I know is nexen.net. But it is French and I found no translation to any other language. sourceforge.net only accepts programming sites dealing with open source code - no private sites.
So if anyone has good alternatives: I'd also like to know...

I don't offer free hosting but its fairly low cost under $5 per month

You get your own MySQL instance, meaning you have full control. You get root access and can do everything without having to e-mail support every time you want a new database created.
