This is not strictly a PHP question...
I am wanting to publish a php package that I've been making to the Open Source community. I have already figured out how to license it throught the GNU GPL, but I was wondering if there is a good tutorial out there on how to set it up so others will try it out, and work on the project with me.
I've had some suggestions from friends, but I am really looking for a step-by-step tutorial on how to go about it. (suggestions for good coding documentation, how to let people know about the product, how to set up a CVS, etc...)
