What can i do to create a database, but instead of common format, i wanna all the data to be in a text file. Can this be done ?.
I gotta call all data from text file. I receive the file updated every week and i have to manage all data from the text file.
Is there a better way, so i don't have to use text files to manage the data ?
What should i do ?.

I'm not sure what you're asking: you say first you want all the data to be in a text file, but then you say you don't want to use text files to manage the data? (Well, in one sense you can't -- you need to use a programming language to manage the data).

It really depends what your data is all about and what kind of info you want to extract from it. Could you please be more specific?
