PHP Intranet mail

Hello,

I am looking for an local email system. I would like it a user can make an account and then send and recieve to other users that have an account on the same website.

I've seen these in ASP and PERL but not in PHP. Anyone know where I can get one?

Yes of course.
If you use linux (or any Unix) you can try neomail (http://neomail.sourceforge.net/ ).
But if you use NT then it will be a lot more difficult.

Don't know if this is relevant, but are you looking to use PHP to write mail? Read mail? all of the above?

Do you want to mail outside the intranet? (mail to outside world?)

Either way, putting something together in PHP would be almost trivial.

I don't know of a pre-made, ready-to-go package, however.
