Can DB2Connect work as an ODBC driver for PHP?

It might. I didn't see the configure option for it specifically in the PHP Manual, but I did see the --with-custom-odbc tag in there. It may work with DB2Connect. Read up on it at http://php.net/manual/install-unix.php.
