If i put this on a page:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-cache">
What are the conditions of that page then, when does exactly the expire take place, when the user do what ?
I know this is a stupid question but I could load that page where it says that the page is no longer avilble when I tested it..help?
