Anyone know of a really good book for learning PHP? I need to come up to speed very fast from a place of almost no PHP knowledge. Or a really good online tutorial.

I'd recommend Professional PHP Programming, published by WROX. You can get it at Amazon.com. A good companion is MySQL by New Riders (if you're using MySQL obviously!)
I can also recommend Professional PHP Programming, published by WROX. I've only seen two others and they didn't come close to the Wrox book.
